OTHER WINTER ACTIVITIES 
| There are still more interesting things to do in Bohinj.
You can try one of the many compelling activities: winter mountain biking, ski jöring, sleigh or cart ride, winter photo-hunting, walks in the beautiful nature...
1. WINTER MOUNTAIN BIKING
It is time for a totally wicked winter adventure with mountain bikes equipped with spike tires (with pins) that prevent the bike from slipping!
The program is organized in the Bohinj valley and at the Pokljuka plateau, or at your request also in other locations in Slovenia (the Logarska dolina valley, the surroundings of the Cerkniško jezero Lake, Bloke...)
Duration: 1 - 3 hours
2. SKI JÖRING
Winter sport filled up with adrenalin. Person on skies is dragged by a horse (simmilar to water skiing).
Experience that will satisfy even the most demanding adrenaline enthusiasts.
3. SLEIGH RIDE
Wat can be more romantic than a peaceful sleigh ride across snowed up fields of Bohinj valleys.
An excelent idea for a preasent or short escape from everyday life routine. Afford this pleasure to yourself or people you love...
4. WINTER PHOTO-HUNTING
The area of Bohinj is rich with wildlife. An encounter with chamois, marmot and ibex on a mountain trail is nothing uncommon, but one indeed cannot be planned. Photo-hunting, organized with the help of experienced hunters, is an excellent choice to meet the inhabitant of the region that interests you, either in summer or winter.
This is an interesting experience that preserves all the excitement of stalking and the observation of wildlife - but with a happy ending. The only shots allowed are those of a camera. We wish you a successful "hunt"!
Programs:
a) Animal watching from a lookout
A guide takes you to one of the lookouts (wooden construction, made on a tree, hidden from animal eyes). Early morning and late night hours are most appropriate.
b) Stalking
Stalking of animals with a guide. The walk and observation can take from a few hours up to several days. If the participants decide for a several day tour, is possible to spend the night at a mountain hut or even under the stars.
