Description
Skiking is not a sport just for sports people and champions, but is also aimed at ordinary people who want to spice up and improve their lives through fun recreation. For all those who have previously been inactive, this is a new chance to improve their health and general wellbeing: it has a favourable effect on the heart and circulation, it strengthens the joints and helps shape your body, while increasing your self-confidence, and at the same time it offers fun on all possible terrains.
Skike skaters can be used on unpaved roads, forest trails, grassy slopes, compacted surfaces and asphalt. They are suitable for all ages and builds (and are an ideal aid for building up kilograms).
Skiking is simply, healthy and fun!
