The main celebration, where the President of the Republic of Slovenia, Mr Borut Pahor, will address Slovenians, will be broadcast live by TV Slovenia.
Please arrive at the scene at least 10 minutes before the start. Because of the live event streaming, the doors will be closed at 8 pm sharp. There will be a medieval stand available in front of the hall from 12:00 am onwards, offering goulash and some other medieval treats.
The evening will be complemented with music originating from the area of the Julian Alps and which is deeply rooted in the Slovenian alpine character and soul. With new song arrangements, interpreted by distinguished musicians, Bohinj will send a clear message of love to our mountains that have connected and united us for centuries. You can expect a pleasant evening when Bohinj will shine in the most beautiful light, something not to be missed.

After the live stream at the event venue, you can join us for a little feast of local cuisine, prepared by Bohinj Local Women Association, underlined with music by Klemen Smolej and Miha Rebernik.
The celebration and the main event, highlighting this jubilee year, will end at 21:30, after it the TV SLO 1 will screen the première of the documentary »Moj Triglav« (My Triglav), a co-production of RTV Slovenija, Sever & Sever and Turizem Bohinj.
