If you want to balance your body and mind and connect with nature in a unique way, this experience is right for you.
Through different yoga stances and breathing exercises, we will awaken the body and mind to the calmness of an alpine morning. The exsercise will be led by hatha and vinyasa yoga teacher Tamara from Yoga Bohinj. The exercises will also be suitable for complete beginners. Yoga mats will be available for rent.
In case of rain, the exercise is postponed to the next day 6.6. at 9.00 am!
