Soft mohant cheese carries the European designation of origin. It has a specific smell and taste that depends on milk quality. There are many dairy farms in Bohinj, where various cheeses, cottage cheese, butter, cream and other dairy products are produced from cow milk.
How do we grow and use the trdinka corn in Bohinj valley can be seen in the documentary, that was made in the scope of the AlpFoodway project (by the Razvojna agencija Zgornje Gorenjske).
