You are kindly invited to a handicraft experience at the Bohinj House You will learn about relief design and create a product with a festive motif out of clay. After drying, the products will be baked in a ceramic kiln. Afterwards, you pick up your fired ceramic products at Bohinj House and take them home.

The clay design workshops at Bohinj House are held under the guidance of Miha Žvan, a potter from Bohinjska Bela. During the handicraft workshops, participants learn about different clay shaping techniques, rolling, pinching, building with snakes, assembling surfaces and also shaping clay on a potter’s spindle. They are suitable for beginners as well as for those who have already encountered this natural material and would like to improve their clay skills.
