Relax and regenerate with sound

5. November, 19:00 - 20:00

Sound affects us on all levels – both physical and mental. Exposure to sound pollution and the flood of information we are exposed to in modern times adds to stress and overload. Sound is effective in relieving stress and is one of the oldest and most natural ways of restoring balance in human beings. Its benefits are manifold: it massages and stimulates the internal organs, relaxes the muscles and nervous system, improves circulation throughout the body, increases energy flow, eliminates fatigue, relieves pain and tunes us in holistically.

Participants sit comfortably and follow the inner workings through guided relaxation with their attention. The vibration of different sounds (Himalayan and crystal bowls, crystal pyramid, gong, lyre, shruti, kalimba, koshi chimes…), voice and original songs create a regenerative sound space that you support and co-create with your intention.

Aids: comfortable clothes, a lounger, a blanket, water;

Contribution: 50€ if you register for all three dates. 20€ individual participation.

Registration is required no later than 31.10. at [email protected]

The workshop is led by Mina Kunstelj, a social pedagogue who has been conducting seminars for teachers for over a decade, sound fairy tales for children in kindergartens and schools, workshops in day-care centres, at the People’s University and in various groups. She explores the healing properties of the voice and vocal improvisation. She performs voice therapies according to the ancient Altaic tradition.
