Yoga with Tamara: Hatha Flow in the Room with a View

Join us for yoga classes dedicated to mindful stretching, deep breathing, and discovering flow through movement. The practice will take place in a calm and welcoming atmosphere, where you’ll get to experience the beauty of Hatha Flow yoga – a blend of breathwork, meditation, and physical postures (asanas).
What can you expect?
In this class, we’ll explore traditional Hatha yoga poses, linking them into a smooth choreography of breath and movement. The session begins with a short meditation and breathing exercises, followed by a warm-up with sun salutations, and then gentle transitions between static postures that activate the entire body. The aim of the practice is to develop better body awareness and calm the mind. After class, you’ll feel centered, light, and full of energy.
Before your first visit, please register via email or SMS.
Arrive at least 5 minutes before class to settle in and prepare.
We practice barefoot and in comfortable clothing.
All props (mats, blocks, straps) are available for use at the location.
About the instructor:
The class is led by Tamara Dobravec, an internationally certified yoga and meditation teacher who received her training in India and Slovenia. With her rich knowledge of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, Tamara helps participants find balance between body and mind. She currently teaches various yoga styles in Bohinj and Sorica.
