Yoga with Tamara: Relax yoga in Bohinj House

Join us for a yoga class where we will focus on mindful stretching, deep breathing and finding flow through movement. The class will be held in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, where you can discover the magic of relaxation yoga.
What can you expect?
The Relaxation Yoga class will focus on breathing exercises and seated and lying yoga postures from restorative and yin yoga. This yoga class will be held at a slower pace and is suitable for complete beginners and older people. A calm practice combined with relaxation techniques leads to better overall well-being, better quality sleep and helps to manage stress more easily.
Registration by e-mail or SMS is required before the first visit.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start time to calm down and prepare.
We practise barefoot and in comfortable clothes.
Equipment (mats, blocks, straps) can be borrowed on site.
About the teacher: With her extensive knowledge of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, Tamara helps participants find a balance between body and mind. She currently teaches different styles of yoga in Bohinj and Sorice.
