Freedom of body and mind

In our workouts, we combine traditional and modern approaches to yoga teaching that, through regular practice, lead to better overall well-being and balance on both the physical and mental levels.

Yoga is about accepting, feeling and exploring the body and mind. In practice, we connect with the present moment and awaken our body awareness. The exercises are conducted in small groups so that the teacher can attend to each individual.
