The class will be held in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere where you will be able to discover the magic of Hatha Flow Yoga, which combines elements of breath, meditation and physical postures (asanas).
What can you expect?
In this class we will explore the Hatha Yoga postures, integrating them into a smooth choreography of movement and breath. The class begins with a short meditation and breathing exercises, followed by a sun salutation warm-up, then gentle transitions between static postures that activate the whole body. The aim of the practice is to achieve greater body awareness and calm the mind. After the practice you will feel focused, light and energised.
Registration by e-mail or SMS is required before the first visit.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start time to calm down and prepare.
We practice barefoot and in comfortable clothes.
Equipment (mats, blocks, straps) can be borrowed on site.
About the yoga teacher: With her extensive knowledge of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, Tamara helps participants find a balance between body and mind. She currently teaches different styles of yoga in Bohinj and Sorica.
