The water drove the bellows which delivered pressurised air to induce fire in the furnace. The furnace was built in the 17th century on a location that was suitable for transporting ore and charcoal. The remains of buildings that were used by the workers can still be seen along the stream.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Grme\u010dica Waterfall\u00a0<\/strong>below the Jelovica plateau is 7 metres high. It is located between Log and Nomenj villages, not far from the Sava Bohinjka. There is a beautiful pool under the waterfall. Grme\u010dica is also used for canyoning in summer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nomenj\u00a0<\/strong>is a village near the main road that connects the Bohinj Valley with Bled.
