We are the Istrian Boys Ensemble. The ensemble consists of 5 village boys, who share the joy of Slovenian folk-entertainment music: on bass guitar and second bass – Davorin Lovrečič, on rhythm guitar and first bass – Jakob Burdych, on accordion – Nik Podboj, second tenor – Simon Felda, first tenor – Zmago Glavaš.

All of us boys grew up with the sounds of the Ottavio Brajka ensemble, which brought the melodies of folk-entertainment music to our region, together with the legendary Lojze Slak, “the Boys from All Winds”, the Venetian Boys and we could go on and on.
