You are invited to a series of workshops Relaxation and regeneration with sound at Bohinj House.
The workshops will take place in January, February and March, 31.1., 28.2. and 27.3. at 6 pm.
Sound affects us on all levels – both physical and mental. Exposure to sound pollution and the flood of information we are exposed to we are exposed to in modern times adds its share to stress and overload. Sound is effective in relieving stress and is one of the oldest and most natural ways of restoring balance in human beings. Its benefits are manifold: it massages and stimulates the internal organs, relaxes the muscles and the nervous system, improves circulation throughout the body, increases energy flow, eliminates fatigue, relieves pain and tunes us in holistically. Participants sit comfortably and through guided relaxation become aware of their inner unfolding. Vibration of gongs, other instruments (Himalayan bowls, lyra, shruti, kalimba, koshi bells, etc.) and voice create a regenerative sound space that you support with your intention.
Supplies: comfortable clothes, lounger, blanket, water;
Contribution: 30€ if you register for all three dates.
15€ individual participation
Entries are required no later than 28 January at [email protected]
