In Bohinjska Bistrica, you will walk past the Joža Ažman Cultural Centre, Cecconi Park to the Bohinjska Bistrica Train Station, which has preserved the architecture from the time of Franz Joseph. From there, the trail will lead you to Zois Castle and the Zois Clock, all the while offering views of the Julian Alps with the Lower Bohinj Mountains and Triglav.

The Bohinj History Museum, with its leather and archaeological collections and a small war museum, is located near Zois Castle. After visiting the museum, we will return to Danica past the monument to rain.

at 9.00 a.m. gathering infront of the Danica Inn and leave with a guide past the Primary School, the J. Ažman Cultural Centre to the Cecconi Park
tour of the park, the old scale, the surroundings of the Bohinj Eco Hotel and the Aquapark & Wellness Bohinj
a walk to the railway station where the first train to Bohinj arrived in 1906, the railway station still has the appearance of the time of Franz Joseph
view of the lower Bohinj mountains, the Julian Alps with Triglav, Ajdovski gradec hill, Kobla ski resort
a walk through Bistrica to Zois Castle and Zois Clock, where Baron Žiga Zois lived in the early days of the railway industry
visit to the Tomaž Godec Museum
walk through the residential part of Bistrica, traffic layout, roundabout and monument to rain (u Bohin ma dž tamvade)
return to Danica at 14.00 – lunch at the inn (extra charge)
at 15.30 tour end
