Klemen Klemen and Crazy Blues Professors
After his triumphant concert celebrating his Abraham milestone, Klemen Klemen returns to the pre-Christmas Bohinj stage with his band Prismojeni Profesorji Bluesa.
The rapper, sharing both first and last name with his stage persona, made history with his groundbreaking album Trnow Stajl, the best-selling Slovenian rap album of all time. He is a storyteller of Ljubljana’s Trnovo district, capturing its streets, people, and stories through his lyrics—a craft he has honed since his school days.
Klemen first gained wider recognition through collaborations with Ali En and on the albums of Pasji Kartel, a group founded by skiers Jure Košir and Matej Jovan. In 2000, he shook the Slovenian music scene with Trnow Stajl, winning over both young and older audiences. Hits like Keš pičke, Baraba, and Still Love Her—a tale of his first love, Nataša—remain staples of his iconic repertoire.
In 2003, he released the minimalist album Hipnoza, followed by a 12-year hiatus before returning with S3P, whose standout track Ljubezen resonated widely with fans. Throughout his career, Klemen has stayed true to his style—uncensored, unapologetic, and independent of mainstream trends.
From the raw, streetwise tales of his debut, to the hypnotic journey through Slovenian poetry and customs in Hipnoza, and the blend of fiction, hope, respect, and love in S3P, his music spans a wide spectrum of moods and experiences.
At this concert, audiences can expect a full spectrum of Klemen Klemen’s artistry: gripping stories, mischievous antics, and ecstatic expressions of love—all delivered with his signature energy and authenticity.
