Welcome to »U KONCU – AT THE END« – as we say it in Bohinj – right at the very end of Ukanc, in our small, low-lying mountain hut, where a great love for Slovenian cuisine meets a warm welcome for guests from all over the world. • GOVNAČ– a dish with a 100-year-old tradition. A humble, hearty and authentic stew that brings together the flavours of the past while adapting to the present day.
• CHEESE ŠTRUKLJI – enriched with tarragon or wild berries. Each štrukelj is like a little bundle of memories of our grandmothers – warm, soft and full of authentic flavour.
