Trout are farmed at the Zupan Fish Farm in the village of Nomenj, which is fed by a stream from below the Jazna River. The Zupan fish farm breeds small quantities of rainbow trout, golden trout, speckled trout and lake trout, the latter also known as Jezerke, the native trout species in Lake Bohinj.
