Bohinj cheese is the most recognisable product of Bohinj. It is characterised by its high quality and excellent aromatic flavour. Bohinj cheese is made in a way that combines tradition, knowledge and more than a century of cheese-making experience. The cheese factory in Srednja vas produces the traditional 50-kilogram hogsheads of Bohinj cheese.
