Ice skating rink in Bohinjska Bistrica is located in the city canter, directly next to the Mercator shopping center, the health centre and Aquapark Bohinj. There is free parking around the rink, easy access by bus, the train station is nearby as well.

The ice rink is scheduled to be open from 1 December until 15 March (depending on weather conditions, as it is not covered):

• It measures 30m x 15m and has a freeze-ice cooling system.
• The ice rink offers a wide range of skate rentals, over 150 pairs of all sizes, helmets and skating aids for learning to skate – skating penguins.
• There is a wide selection of drinks at the bar.
• Offer of a varied programme of sports days for primary and secondary school pupils (a mix of other sports activities), kindergartens, schools, businesses and associations
  on ice, playing elementary games or playing hockey.
• Organisation of skating course in cooperation with the Bled Skating Club.
• Organisation of an annual carnival on ice with live music
• It’s also a great choice for parents to hold a birthday party for their children.
