At the organic cheese farm Pr Tonejovc, Simona bakes delicious cakes, pies, biscuits and bread. It is famous for its yoghurt, butter and award-winning mohanty, cheese and curd, which are made in the traditional way – in a copper cauldron with a wood-burning stove.
