As part of our commitment to sustainable mobility, we will also provide free organised transport, so you can be part of the “green footprint” movement.
The cooking workshop for adults will be led by Katica Mikelj, who, together with members of the Farmers' Wives and Girls Association, is selflessly sharing her knowledge and more than 30 years of experience in the catering industry with students and other trainees and course participants.

Water from the lakes in the Triglav Lakes Valley comes to light in the Savica Waterfall. This spectacular waterfall, set into the precipitous cliffs of Komarča, is one of the most visited attractions in Slovenia.

The Mostnice riverbed and the Voja valley are among the most beautiful and most visited natural attractions in Bohinj. On a walk, you can admire the crystal clear water and the boldly shaped rocks, enjoy the diverse flora and fauna and the cultural landscape that has been nurtured by the local inhabitants over the centuries. Four brave hearted men from Bohinj were the first to climb Triglav through the Voja valley.

We'll carve pumpkins, roast chestnuts, make spooky hot dogs, drink worm cakes, hot chocolate or cocoa and bubbles, hang out by the fire, read spooky fairy tales and more and more. The event will start at 16:00 and will last until the DARK EVENING, when we will light the pumpkins together.

Wool fibre is a very suitable material for modern lifestyles. is 100% natural, ecological, sustainable, energy efficient, biodegradable. It is a material with a history dating back tens of thousands of years, but with high-tech properties that are unattainable despite the textile industry’s repeated attempts to produce man-made materials of similar quality. “Žoki” is the Bohinj name for hand-knitted socks made of sheep’s wool. Every housewife has her own way of knitting so that the socks don’t wear out too quickly and wear well. In the workshop, Marija guides you through the knitting process – from the basics, knitting in the round, making a heel, making a double heel and finishing to the finished product. In pleasant surroundings, in good company, equip yourself with knowledge that can come in handy, or experience an experience that will give you a new appreciation for handicrafts, while listening to stories about the development of the Bohinj mountains, cheese-making and the Bohinj farmer’s connection with nature, all while enjoying a pleasant chat.

Short description:
Možic is a 1602 m high peak located west of Soriška planina. The highest point of the peak is an old military bunker with the name of the peak and its height inscribed on it. From the top, which also has a registration box and a stamp, we have a beautiful view of the Lower Bohinj Mountains, Lake Bohinj, Triglav, part of the Karavanke Mountains, Ratitovec and Porezen.
